At The Zodiaq, we specialize in delivering custom-made digital natal chart artworks, which are individually crafted based on the personal birth data provided at the time of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered.
Each artwork is uniquely created for the individual customer and cannot be reused or resold. As such, all sales are final.
Corrections & Revisions
If you believe there has been an error in your chart due to incorrect birth details entered, we are happy to provide you with one free revision.
To request a revision, please contact us at hello@thezodiaq.com within 7 days of receiving your digital file. Be sure to include your order number and a clear description of the issue, so we can fix it right away.
Non-Delivery
If you have not received your chart within the stated timeframe (3-5 minutes from order processing), please:
- Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders.
- Ensure the email provided during checkout is correct.
- If the file is still missing, contact us at hello@thezodiaq.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
- By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of this Refund & Returns Policy.
EU Customers
For customers in the European Union: Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, digital content is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal where delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase of a natal chart artwork from The Zodiaq, you consent to immediate delivery of your digital file and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced.
